jbaji Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jbaji ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). jbaji operates an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

1.2 Definition of Services

All services provided through the jbaji platform — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, and other gaming services — are covered by these Terms. By using the platform, you acknowledge that it is entirely an entertainment service.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative text. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali text will take precedence. Singular terms used in these Terms also apply in the plural where the context requires.

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years old and a lawful citizen or resident of Bangladesh. jbaji may request necessary documents at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. The following conditions apply when creating an account:

• All information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Multiple accounts per person, household, or device are prohibited.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. jbaji is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to [email protected].

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure service, jbaji may request a national ID card or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time. jbaji reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. This process is taken solely to protect your account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jbaji currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

3.4 Currency

jbaji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

jbaji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. To receive the maximum bonus, you must deposit ৳32,000 or more, resulting in a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not including the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each promotion has a set validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
• Attempting to meet bonus conditions through artificial means may result in account cancellation.
• jbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

jbaji's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Moving to a higher tier through regular play earns weekly cashback: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. Separate terms apply to VIP benefits in detail.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by the jbaji system. If no confirmation message is received, the bet should be treated as not accepted. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the full stake will be refunded.

5.2 Odds Changes

Once a bet is successfully accepted, the odds set at that time remain in effect. Changes to odds after an event begins will not affect bets already accepted. However, different rules may apply for pre-match and live betting.

5.3 Bet Cancellation and Refunds

jbaji may cancel or void a bet in the following circumstances:

• If an event is abandoned or suspended before its scheduled completion.
• If incorrect odds were displayed due to a clear technical error.
• If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found.
• If there is a significant change to the venue or format.

5.4 Winning Payouts

Winnings from successful bets are automatically added to the account. There may be a short delay before funds are credited after the result is confirmed. In the case of a disputed result, the official source is treated as final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jbaji platform:

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts.
• Creating an account with a false identity or information.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.

6.2 Money Laundering

jbaji strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions will be suspended immediately and relevant authorities may be notified. jbaji must never be used as a tool to conceal the source of illegal funds.

6.3 System Abuse

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform, gain unauthorized access to the system, or disrupt the service is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. A closure request must be sent to [email protected]. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned, subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions being met.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by jbaji

jbaji may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If the user is confirmed to be a minor.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

The valid balance of a closed account will be returned, subject to bonus conditions being met, once the process is complete. In cases of fraudulent activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

8.1 Nature of the Service

jbaji operates a secure and reliable platform. However, online gaming and betting inherently carry financial risk. Users participate on the platform by voluntarily accepting this risk.

8.2 Technical Disruptions

jbaji is not liable for any loss caused by server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or other technical disruptions. However, the full stake of any bet cancelled due to a confirmed technical error will be refunded.

8.3 Third-Party Content
